Bubble Growth

In conventional wisdom, surface bubble grows due to heat transferred from the surface. However, we find that the surface bubble in a plasmonic suspension generated by laser irradiation grows faster due to the laser heating of suspended plasmonic nanoparticles. Read more on ACS App. Mat. Int.:
