Outreach

The MEMT lab hosted a number of high school teachers and students in his lab for research. As a faculty member affiliated with the ND energy center, Dr. Luo has also been actively participating in ND energy activities such as the undergraduate energy expo and energy week. In the past, Dr. Luo was a member of the St. Joseph County MathCounts organizing committee (2013-2016). He was also a judge for the Siemens Competition (2015) and Northern Indiana Regional Science and Engineering Fair (2020). His group also participated in the Science Alive event (2016).
